Hella ja Huone is an elegant restaurant managed by Chef de Cuisine Ilmari Saarikoski and Sommelier Humberto Pulido Garcès. Hella ja Huone has been a go-to place for fine dining in Tampere, Finland for over 20 years. The base of our restaurant’s concept is classic European and Scandinavian dishes with exciting, and sometimes surprising twists. The respect for the finest ingredients is also a cornerstone of our restaurant credo. Wine and food pairing is a matter of passion for the Chef and the Sommelier.

On Fridays and Saturdays, alongside the à la carte menu, we also serves apéro, consisting of canapés and aperitif drinks to tickle the senses. We offer oysters and charcuterie, cured and freshly prepared in-house. Remember also to ask for cheese boards or blinis with Russian Caviar!
